Four Factors of Success
This church planting model will fail for lack of any of the following factors:
1. Strong pastoral leadership. The pastor of the sowing church must bear the pain in the beginning. He must bear that pain alone without complaint and with patience. The sowing church members cannot know this pain from the mouth of the pastor. When they see his efforts, they will naturally follow their pastor.
2. Participation by the sowing church membership. The majority ought to participate in visitation, grocery supply, building provision and sitting as a church.
3. The right man to pastor the new work. He has to be called to that location not by convenience nor arbitrarily, but by divine design.
4. The right location. The exact place of God's choosing.
